REFUND POLICY

We aim to provide you with a seamless shopping experience. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, here’s how we can help:

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Only unused, unwashed, and undamaged products with original tags and packaging are eligible.

  • Custom-stitched or altered pieces are non-returnable.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or discounted products.

  • Customized or pre-ordered garments.

  • Accessories and hygiene-sensitive items.

3. How to Initiate a Return

Email us at [Insert Return Email] within 7 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your Order ID

  • Reason for return

  • Images of the product (if defective/damaged)

Our team will review your request and arrange a return pickup (subject to location availability).

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the item reaches us and is inspected.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method. COD orders will be refunded via UPI/bank transfer.

5. Exchanges

We offer size and product exchanges based on availability. If the desired product is unavailable, a store credit or refund will be issued.

6. Shipping Costs

Return shipping is free in case of:

  • Wrong product received

  • Damaged item

In other cases, return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund.
